A little about the host…

Welcome, everyone! My name is Lauren and I am the creator of The Honeyed Harvest. I am so happy to have you all here and share what I have been working on for the past several months!

For those of you who don’t know me, I am a travel nurse, originally from Kansas City and am putting down roots in Tennessee after traveling the country for the past 2.5 years!

I will be sharing several of my own recipes, many that have been inspired by my travels to different regions in the country.

Since coming to Tennessee, I have become passionate about growing a majority of the food I eat and turning this 40-acre plot into a functioning homestead.

I can’t wait to share all the goodness, hilarity, knowledge, and adventures with you all!
